Plac\u00e9r k\u00f8llen ovenp\u00e5, s\u00e6t et stegetermometer i halvvejs ned i det tykkeste sted i k\u00f8det og s\u00e5 i ovnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"color: #444444;\" \/><span style=\"color: #444444;\">Det tager 5-7 timer (alt efter k\u00f8llens st\u00f8rrelse) ved en temperatur p\u00e5 mellem 80-100 grader og k\u00f8llen er f\u00e6rdig n\u00e5r stegetermometeret viser en kernetemperatur p\u00e5 mellem 65-68 grader.
