Kog op og skum. Salt tils\u00e6ttes kun ved vand eller usaltet bouillon.<br \/>\nKom l\u00f8g, porre og bladselleri i og kog, til kyllingen er m\u00f8r (ca. 45 minutter).<br \/>\nPil skind og ben fra k\u00f8det og sk\u00e6r det i sm\u00e5 terninger.<br \/>\nSmelt sm\u00f8rret i en gryde og svits karry med. Kom tomat og hvidl\u00f8g i og lad det snurre kort, f\u00f8r melet r\u00f8res i.<br \/>\nTils\u00e6t 2 dl af suppen og kog godt igennem, f\u00f8r det pureres igennem en sigte.<br \/>\nH\u00e6ld tilbage i en gryde og sp\u00e6d med resten af den siede kogelage\/ suppe.<br \/>\nKom fl\u00f8den i til sidst.
