Sk\u00e6r ligeledes champignon i sm\u00e5 stykker og brun sammen med bacon p\u00e5 en stegepande.<\/p>\n<p>Bland fyldet med rasp og kom ned i rillerne p\u00e5 stegen \u2013 bare fyld godt op.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e6g stegen i en bradepande med en liter kogende vand og en boullionterninger.<\/p>\n<p>Steg i ca. 2 timer ved 180 grader. Ved brug af stegetermometer ville jeg stege til en k\u00f8dtemperatur p\u00e5 70 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Husk at fylde vand p\u00e5 en gang, da de jo fordamper.
