G\u00e6ren udr\u00f8res i den lunede v\u00e6ske. De \u00f8vrige ingredienser og ca 2\/3 af melet tils\u00e6ttes og dejen \u00e6ltes godt. Yderligere mel tils\u00e6ttes til dejens konsistens er passende. Dejen skal kl\u00e6be lidt til h\u00e6nder og bord.<br \/>\nDejen skal h\u00e6ve tild\u00e6kket et lunt sted i ca. 30 min.<\/p>\n<p>Dejen \u00e6ltes igennem og deles. Derefter rulles dejen ud i en firekant.<\/p>\n<p>Pastasovsen sm\u00f8rres p\u00e5\/skinken kommes p\u00e5\/osten kommes p\u00e5 og oreganoen drysses p\u00e5. rulles sammen til en p\u00f8lse. Sk\u00e6res ud til snegle.
