Hak \u00e6blerne i relativt store stykker, og put dem i en anden sk\u00e5l. Du v\u00e6lger selv, om du vil skr\u00e6lle \u00e6blerne. Put 1 tsk af det siede mel over \u00e6blerne, og bland det. I sk\u00e5len med mel tils\u00e6tter du piskede \u00e6g, sm\u00f8r og sukker med og blander det, indtil det har en cremet konsistens. Fold derefter den revne appelsinskal, revet citronskal og \u00e6bler i dejen. Hvis den virker lidt t\u00f8r, kan du tils\u00e6tte m\u00e6lken. Put dejen i en form med en diameter p\u00e5 cirka 20 centimeter, og s\u00e6t den ind i en forvarmet ovn p\u00e5 180 grader.
