HP sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Tag nettet af f\u00f8r hamburgerryggen f\u00e5r glase<\/p>\n<p>Hamburgerryg i net blev indk\u00f8bt, og rottiserie blev gjort klar, p\u00e5 grillen ved 150 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Glase laves \u00a0som s\u00e5 kan pensle p\u00e5 mens hamburgerryggen roterede rundt.<br \/>\nHamburgerryggen roterede i ca. 2 timer ved 150 grader, og derefter hvile i 20 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>Resultatet var overraskende godt. Virkelig saftig og glasen gav en dejlig s\u00f8d og smagfuld kant.<br \/>\n(Glasen karamelliserer, s\u00e5 derfor kan nettet v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at f\u00e5 af.
