Rosiner<\/p>\n<p><strong>Samling og pensling<\/strong><br \/>\n1 stk. \u00c6g<br \/>\nsammenpisket<br \/>\n1 spsk. Perlesukker<br \/>\n75 gram Mandler\u00a0hakkede<\/p>\n<p>Lun sm\u00f8r og m\u00e6lk i en gryde. Smuldr g\u00e6ren heri. R\u00f8r rundt. Tils\u00e6t \u00e6ggene. Tils\u00e6t salt, og mel lidt efter lidt. \u00c6lt det til en smidig dej. Lad dejen h\u00e6ve lunt i ca. 30 minutter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fyld:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Skr\u00e6l \u00e6blerne, og tag kernehuset ud. Sk\u00e6r dem i tynde b\u00e5de. Riv marcipanen, og hak mandlerne groft. Bland sm\u00f8r, sukker, kanel, marcipan og mandler sammen til en tyk masse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selve kagen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r dejen har h\u00e6vet, deler du den i to. Rul hvert stykke ud til et rektangel p\u00e5 ca. 35&#215;25 cm. Fordel mandelmassen p\u00e5 midten af hvert rektangel p\u00e5 den lange led. Fordel rosiner og \u00e6bler p\u00e5 mandelmassen.<\/p>\n<p>Til det flettede m\u00f8nster skal du nu sk\u00e6re skr\u00e5 strimler i ca. 2 cm bredde. Strimlerne skal starte 2-3 cm fra mandelmassen, og g\u00e5 ud til kanten. Det skal ligne et juletr\u00e6.<\/p>\n<p>Flet nu dejstrimlerne ind over hinanden.
