Riv marcipanen p\u00e5 den grove side af r\u00e5kostjernet og r\u00f8r det sammen med sm\u00f8r, sukker og \u00e6g. Fordel det p\u00e5 dejen, kom \u00e6blerne p\u00e5. Rul resten af dejen ud og l\u00e6g det over som l\u00e5g.sk\u00e6r nogle ridser eller huller i dejl\u00e5get, s\u00e5 dampen kan slippe ud under bagningen.
