Steg Kyllingefileter p\u00e5 panden. Tag dem af panden, n\u00e5r de er f\u00e6rdige. Hak hvidl\u00f8g og steg det let, tils\u00e6t spinat, r\u00f8r rundt, tils\u00e6t marscapone, citronskal, citronsaft og lad det simre 1 min. (s\u00e6t pastaen over og kog i 2 min.) tils\u00e6t basilikumblade, Parmesanost og lidt vand og fl\u00f8de. Smag til med salt og peber, vend det hele godt rundt. Den nykogte pasta tages op fra kogevandet og direkte ned i retten og vendes rundt under svag varme 1-2 min. til retten s\u00e6tter sig.
