Jomfru hummerhaler<br>7,5 dl. piskefl\u00f8de<br>2 tsk. citronsaft<br>2 stk. store solohvidl\u00f8g<br>1 bundt frisk  bredbladet persille<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hummerhalerne  &#8220;Pilles&#8221; &#8211; og renset s\u00e5 tarmen med det  sorte klister-stads bliver fjernet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hummerhalerne kommes i et fad der kan g\u00e5 p\u00e5 grillen eller i ovnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der piskes en sauce af 7,5 dl piskefl\u00f8de tilsat masser af frisk kv\u00e6rnet peber, <br>2 tsk citronsaft og masser af hvidl\u00f8g. <br>Til denne portion brugte vi 2 store solo-hvidl\u00f8g<br>Der hakkes masser af dejlig bredbladet persille hen over<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grillen  eller ovnen startes p\u00e5 180 grader og hummerhalerne kommes over indirekte varme eller midt i ovnen i 18 minutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hummerhalerne skilles fra saucen,  saucen f\u00e5r &#8211; under grundig omr\u00f8ring &#8211; et opkog s\u00e5 den bliver en anelse tykkere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saucen h\u00e6ldes over hummerhalerne igen.<br>Som tilbeh\u00f8r nogle hjemmebagte boller og en sk\u00e5l god salat, men den blegner helt i forhold til hummerhalerne\u2026 <br>Samt en god hvidvin<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00f8rens hummerhaler i fl\u00f8desaucee 1. kg.
