R\u00f8r salt, kardemomme, \u00e6g og halvdelen af melet i. R\u00f8r det bl\u00f8de sm\u00f8r i dejen og \u00e6lt resten af melet i lidt ad gangen og \u00e6lt til en smidig dej. Lad dejen h\u00e6ve ca. 1\u00bd time.
